I have just received word that my stick-and-brick buyer has gotten his funding. &nbsp;Next week we will formalize an Agreement in Principle and I will be one step closer to liberation. &nbsp;He has already consented to allow me to live in the garage, after he takes possession, during my van build. &nbsp;My purge is going well and already I have rid myself of most of the useless clutter that I've been dragging from place to place for the last 15 years. &nbsp;<br /><br />With this deal I will have ample funds from my home equity to support me until I establish a mobile income.<br /><br />Even some of my naysayer friends are starting to see the romance of the adventure which awaits me.
