I've been terribly negligent in updating here! Thanks for lighting the fire under me. I've actually been out and about in the van for the past month, mostly visiting family and friends in surrounding states and getting a feel for what I still need. I'm back in the parents' driveway in Tennessee for now, getting ready to put on the finishing touches: some trim work, a proper "kitchen," figuring out a power source, etc. I'm really, truly going to create a build thread. I'm going to do that tomorrow!

 I can't figure out if I love your doggie more, or the crates filled with books! Maybe both. Girl after my own heart- I thought I was the only dinosaur who reads and collects actual books, no kindle or nook for me...

LOVED reading your story, great flow and rhythm to it...I felt like I was right there with you. Do you ever take on freelance writing projects, or do you only work for a certain company? Might have some work coming up....


Just a funny closing thought- up here in New York City, we have signs everywhere for GWB..stands for George Washington Bridge and connects Manhattan to New Jersey. Hope to meet you soon! You're an intrepid soul.
