Mostly-raw diet while boondocking?

Foraging is definitely on my list of things to learn more about. I don't want to try it here in the big city because you never know what's been sprayed where (pesticides), but when I finally get my van in the fall and start boondocking, look out weeds!

  I do a lot of foraging. Just yesterday I was in a Smiths grocery store. It's amazing what you can find to eat in those places!
