<p style="margin: 0px;">Thanks for posting the chart - it's pretty cool. It's also pretty accurate. They recommend 1000W for a small microwave... My 600 watt micro draws 900 watts (microwaves are SO ineffiecient!).<br></p><p style="margin: 0px;">I bought the 2500 watt inverter in case I want to run the microwave when boondocking... It reality, it's not going to be used for that... The on-board Honda generator can run the micro just fine... <img src="/images/boards/smilies/smile.gif" border="0" align="absmiddle"></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;">The chart is awesome for getting started but there's nothing like experience... It took me a while to decide what kind of camping to do and where, for how long, etc... That makes a big difference. I planned for the worst - extended boondocking... That drove the decision for bigger batteries. In reality, I seldom boondock so far... It's nice to have that extra capacity though.</p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p>
