That right there is a Winnebago Tiki Edition.
They were sold only in 1969.
The price was half of what the standard Winnie cost due to not needing any metal but wow did those things LEAK !!!

I cringe at the number of naugas killed to produce that faux grass construction. Can't have been cheaper than the standard model. Maybe they saved money when they painted PVC pipe like bamboo and just had to blue glue that frame together.
