high-pressure spray design

If this has been asked and answered a thousand times, please forgive me.

Occasionally I would like to be able to spray something with more pressure than I can get out of a "hand-pump sprayer" or a 12v shower gadget.   

I would like to get the kind of pressure I can get out of a garden hose .  I've thought about something like the following well pump that I found on Amazon:

I do realize that this could be a waste of a lot of water, and I probably  would rarely use it.  Mostly for cleaning / rinsing things that are hard to clean, and a place with a self-service car wash is just a long way away.  


Any feedback on this as possible, impractical, great idea, really stupid?

You might want to also check West Marine or Ebay for a boat deck wash-down pump. More pressure and volume than a standard faucet/bath water pump.

I have a 12v pump from Harbor Freight that is 300 gph. Cost $40 or so.

HDR, I might not mind taking the paint off.  I've realized over the last few months having a GREEN trailer is not the best idea I've come up with.  So far, I've got the only green trailer out there.  If I want to be anonymous and go incognito, I can't.  Forest Service Rangers , for example, notice it.  Since I like to camp by myself, there are places I can go where, for some reason, there are folks who think they might want to hang with me.  
 I really don't understand why.  I'm a mean-spirited curmudgeon, with few positive personal qualities.  As Jim ( I really mean Max) pointed out, I don't use enough soap!  

I might have to accept your challenge and see if it WILL take the paint off.
