Help needed in Twin Cities area

Hi, I have a 2006 E450 shuttle bus and need help figuring out and installing an electrical system into my bus. I'm completely inept with electrical stuff but handy with a wrench.
I would be very thankful if you could help in the design and or construction phases of a small system.
So far I have purchased 2 12V 185Ah agm deep cycle batteries. I can purchase 300W panels for $200 just need to know how many and what else I need.
I also need help with building and installing a roof rack for the panels.
