Glandex is a food suplement made for dogs that helps bulk up their runny stools and reduces scooting and anal glad impaction.
My little pooch has had these issues for years, and every 4 to 6 months we were seeing a vet to have those anal glands 'expressed'...I tired doing it myself, and...sorry....I'm no good at it and having my little pooch squeal from the discomfort (even in the veterinary office) is disturbing.
So I've had her on these supplements and they reduce the scooting, and the itching, and when we ran out of them, sure enough, the symptoms were back: runny stools, and the rear end scooting.

The reason I posted this is because several times out there at Quartszite and other places, I had issues with dog food quality and selection, and it's possible other dog owners, especially those living a mobile lifestyle with limited access to good quality pet food and veterinary care, have had these issues with their dog.
