Ford E150 Tops or High Tops

I am trying to find where I can get one of these to install on my van when I eventually get it. I definately want a high top so I can stand up and have some more room.<div><br></div><div>Thanks in advance.</div>

<FONT face="times new roman, times, serif" size=3>I had sportsmobile install one on mine, but with&nbsp;the&nbsp;proper layout,&nbsp; a VW&nbsp;slant top type&nbsp;work as well.&nbsp; Just scour the junkyard locator websites and Craigslist ads, and you'll find something to use as a top.&nbsp; Tell me this isnt classic:</FONT><br><FONT face="times new roman, times, serif" size=3></FONT>&nbsp;<br><A href="http://redding.craigslist.org/cto/2493277793.html" target=_blank><FONT face="times new roman, times, serif" size=3>http://redding.craigslist.org/cto/2493277793.html</FONT></A><br><FONT face="times new roman, times, serif" size=3></FONT>&nbsp;<br><FONT face="times new roman, times, serif" size=3></FONT>&nbsp;<br><FONT face="times new roman, times, serif" size=3>Most importantly, make sure you have a sturdy suspension (i.e. sway bars&nbsp;front&nbsp;and/or rear, good springs, especially since it's 2-wheel drive and will be top heavy with a hi-top.&nbsp; I had a 1994 G20 high top conversion in mint condition (see attached).&nbsp; I put 5000lb air bags in the rear, Rancho RS9000's all around and it STILL swayed horribly on windy highways, to the point of selling it. </FONT><br><FONT face="times new roman, times, serif" size=3></FONT>&nbsp;<br><FONT face="times new roman, times, serif" size=3>My 4-wheel drive Ford E-350 is a tank.&nbsp;With&nbsp;1ton axles/drivetrain, there is basically zero swaying, even on turns.&nbsp; I also have the adjustable RS9000's on this one, but Bilstein is more popular for our kind of heavy rigs.</FONT> <br>

Its about 5k.&nbsp;&nbsp; Yea, Im crazy for putting&nbsp;it on a 97 with 200k miles on it, but its a Pathfinder Conversion, which used heavy duty stuff.&nbsp; I recently found a complete running V10 with 60k miles on it for 300 bucks.&nbsp; I plan on rebuilding it over the winter to have as a spare.&nbsp; <br><br>Have fun with it...<br><br><br>

Even if I have to continue fixing it up to half way decent condition, why not put the money in it. It will show...eventually.</div><div><br></div><div>Did you have to drive your van to one of their locations in texas I think it was?
