I'm gonna put away plenty of my favorite Community Dark Roast. Mornings without coffee would make JDub a VERY cranky Menehune...

Good morning, I am a bit of a lazy camper and a tree-hugger. In the mornings I boil a large pot of water for the following: Coffee, Dishes, & Hygiene. After Coffee the extra water is stored in a thermos until needed.

My Instant coffee is mixed(*) with the following & is inspired by Bullet Proof Coffee:
Powdered Whole Milk (as Creamer); Powdered Coconut Milk (for flavor); Ghee; Bee Pollen (2 pinches, for flavor); I prefer Café Bustelo Instant Coffee.

All of these additives are shelf stable & don't require refrigeration; the also have some health benefits. The Whole Milk, and Ghee are also used for cooking on the road.

(*) Often (before camping) I premix and pulverize the dry ingredients so it looks like DIY version of International House Coffee​
