People are way more out in the open about sleeping in their vehicles from even last year, which seems fine.

But some are being obnoxious in your face, I am out here, they are going to wreck for the rest of us good citizens.

I don't know if u can see it but this guy has his lawn chair and levelers laying in the parking lot!

If u are on here go and put them away!

If people act disrespectfully they will be forced to make a rule, help us keep no rules!

I have watched the areas around me that draw a lot of lets say vehicle dwellers. What gets a lot or area busted isn't the over night stay, it's the extended stays that have a impact.

One lot has no store and three motor homes used it for months. Sometimes toad on, sometimes off and parked, other time it was gone. Eventually they chained it off and posted it.

Camp GVR is the road leading behind the stores and last summer/ fall we would see a dozen or more there for weeks. I haven't seen anyone lately but do see cones.

In both cases Walmart is a few blocks away.

I can't see the lawn chair in the picture. But yes, there is a distinction between "parking" and "camping." If you're just parked in a parking space you're parking. As soon as your start breaking out the stabilizers, awnings, lawn chairs, grill, slide-outs.... you're camping. Stuff like this is why I avoid parking at Wal-Mart at all. These are the types that are drawn there and they shouldn't be representative of the community.
