Corrosion on wheels

I have alum wheels and i notice some corrosion. I know with rust you can grind it off and paint but what about alum? Do they make a rustoleum like paint for it or something?

don't know how bad it is but aluminum oxidizes which is just like rust. if it's just surface oxidation sand it off and paint or clear coat it. give us a pic. highdesertranger

Did you try polishing them back to shine? There are special cleaners.
