Good buy actually since court ruled they can no longer throttle unlimited plans. I would just be wary of ownership since you can have a limited selection of phones due to needing a new plan to upgrade.

Ah, just posted a new thread about how I'm doing this. Didn't see yours! Yesterday when I bought the plan, I only saw more expensive ones on ebay. Anyone who does this, be sure you get a 4g plan.

I worry Verizon might come down hard once they figure this out...they can change those terms and that gives them a lot of maneuverability.

Certainly could happen. OTOH, there's a good chance they'd have to give people holding the plans the option to drop Verizon w/o paying the termination fees.
