Or you could use a salvaged window made for a residential building and replace the glass with polycarbonate. But of course the polycarbonate itself is not an inexpensive alternative.

Thanks, I will look for some safety glass rv windows with rounded corners if I get some.

all RV windows are safety glass with the little DOT label in the corner. or should I say they have been for many years. highdesertranger

I went from square barn doors to square corner lift up tailgate and drop down tailgates. Truck box is built from 25mm (1 inch in your language) square steel frame.

winter you can close everything up from the inside.
summer you can have top and bottom gates booth open
spring you can open top gate and have bottom closed
Autumn (fall) you can have bottom open top closed

My garage is in the front and is full width under the raised double bed for my bicycles and dinghy I didn't want a walk through and can still tilt the cab for maintenance.
