There are beautiful sites all around us.
My Dream is to visit as much of USA as possible before age 50 :   :angel:

There are plenty of places to Park.

Can any 1 guess what the orange color is in the photo below ?

I'm @ total peace in Nature.  I walk the trails , observe Wild life .

Take pics.

During Rush Hour the Traffic is terrible tho.

1 hr to travel 12 miles . .

They're salt ponds.

[/font][font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]About midway through the pond system, the increased salinity promotes huge populations of tiny brine shrimp, which  clarify the brine and darken it. The saltiest brine, or pickle, appears deep red, because Halobacteria take over and the hypersaline brine triggers a red pigment to form in the Dunaliella’s protoplasm.[/font]

I likes landscape photography, but my lens has a tendency to find itself pointed at more Oceanscape type scenes..

The El nino assisted North Pacific has been generating practically Non stop westerly groundswells for 6 weeks now.

We need the rain, but most groundswell generating Storms are being deflected northward from SoCal, leaving light winds and unmolested clean groundswell.

Not a bad trade.

The Prices are higher near the Oceans.
But its nice to go drive along Route 1 to hit all
the Scenic spots :
Half Moon Bay , Monterey & Big Sur
