NJH, Sounds like you are sticking to your idea, good for you. Any issue that comes up will always have some pointing out all the negative that could happen. Going down that trail will assure that nothing positive will ever happen. What you are proposing has the potential of being a pivotal point in several lives. Attitude is everything, if attitude is negative chances are outcome will be negative. I think you have a positive attitude and that will affect the living arrangement you propose in a positive manner. I wish you success !
