    Insulated Foam Board covering

One of the last things I have to do is cover My Pink 2" insulated foam Board I am more of a function over form person, but I would like to add a little ambiance so to speak to the interior. The interior is industrial looking and has greys and a white headliner.  I am very colorblind That is why...

    Tesla Pickup

I am waiting for more info on the Tesla Pickup. I understand it will be in production in 2 years. At 500+ miles range  I think it would be doable. Artist conception of it now is that it has high ground clearance, and can fit a ford F150 in it's bed. So larger than a truck camper would be in...

Grief and the Impact on others.

Decades ago I found myself afflicted with what I thought was an unsurmountable grief. I carried this grief into various situations, most of which were dangerous.  I did not care about any outcome. On a road trip to Texas to see family,  Out of the blue I had a breakdown on the side of the road...

    Recycled Denim

I have 2inch closed foam board insulation on the walls of my box. I am considering my roof now. The insulation value of Denim is decent. My plan is to cut out my roof panels and glue Denim insulation on each panel instead of roof. I will drill pass thru holes in alignment  the length of the...

    Domicile/Base Decision?

I have been thinking a lot about my future. I currently have a beautiful house on a serene lake in the foothills of the Cascades. Has been described by others as a Dutch Masters painting. I enjoy the peace i get from waking up every morning, pouring a cup of coffee and looking at the beauty. But...

    2006 E350 Ext High Top 6.0 Diesel

I have located a 2006 E350 Ext High Top 6.0 Diesel with only 1500 miles, basically new.Their asking $24,000.00 for it. I know about the 6.0 and it's inherent issues, and it would need bullet proofed. I also know the 6.0 can be a power house. Would $24,000 be a good deal?

Deciding if I should keep my Class C

I have been vacillating between 2 set ups for my adventure. One is a 20 ft 1987 Class C which I have owned for 6 years or doing a cargo trailer build. I really like my Class C but it requires some maintenance before going on the road. And outfitting to meet my initial needs (Solar A/C Mini Split...
