<p style="margin: 0px;">I use a SheWee (<a href="http://www.shewee.com/" target=_blank>http://www.shewee.com/</a>) and LOVE IT! I was so excited when I was able to pee standing up, my boyfriend laughed but was happy I liked it considering he got it for me! Its definetely useful in those 'middle of the night' pee's! I have a yellow Nalgene water bottle that I only use to pee in. I also have the extension so that I can use it while hiking, snowboarding, or any&nbsp;thing else I do so I dont have to pull all my layers off! It truely is great and I can pee whenever I need to without having to find an actual toilet.</p><p style="margin: 0px;">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin: 0px;">Also, not sure how most women deal with their period while traveling but I have found that the DivaCup is incredibly comfortable. I know it is not for everyone but ladies, If you're tired of leaking, having to deal with pads and tampons, and arent shy with yourself, you may want to try this out! Eco friendly too, no waste to the landfils. My boyfriend got it for me for my birthday and at first, a little weird, but once you get use to it, its great! I will never go back to diaper pads, or drying out tampons!</p>

How&nbsp;appropriate. A SHE wee LOL. Put it in my favs. Thanks

There is one less than obvious down side to using an in flight automatic toilet...using one on a regular basis,getting used to it being available ,and reliving past flights/missions while asleep and having to go....<img src="/images/boards/smilies/eek.gif" />

Interesting topic. Always a problem for us gals. I found a solution that works well, inside a vehicle, outside a vehicle, small area or large, city or country. Get a no spill paint bucket. It is just the right size to do all your business, it won't spill unless over full, is easy to empty. I use a shower cap on top to keep odor down. I am grateful for it since I dwell in a very small PT Cruiser and have to go frequently at night.

I can NOT&nbsp;believe&nbsp;this is still going on...I pick the best topics!!!&nbsp;<img src="/images/boards/smilies/biggrin.gif" />&nbsp;WOO HOO&nbsp;

She, you do! i think this is a number 1 concern (pun intended) for newbies and one that people hesitate to ask about. It is the responsibilites of the "elders" to address those important topics that newbies need to know! Besides, tradiontial peole get really uspet when van dwellers leave thier human waste where it is not welcome!

&nbsp; Drill a 3/4" hole in floor of van,insert a funnel and pee into it. If you are going to be in one place for a while,you can attach a garden hose to funnel underneath van. About 30' of hose out to the bushes. After you pee,just pour a cup of water mixed with vinegar down the hose.

I knew a female Iditarod Racer&nbsp;who&nbsp;took a 12 or 16 oz coke bottle and cut an oval on one side and melted the edges for a smooth surface. Then, she used duct tape and added about 3.5 ft of water hose to the top opening of the bottle.&nbsp; Once she was all bundled up the hose would go down the pants leg and trail behind her and the bottle would be snug in the business area.&nbsp; When you are racing you can then just go... on the go!&nbsp; No stopping!&nbsp; The dogs do it too... running full speed and doing their business (one and two)&nbsp; She got dog mess on her all the time but she never peed on herself.&nbsp; We all agreed that it was a WIN!

The advantage of the silicone flexible lady funnels is portability. For at home use, I prefer the 98cent automotive funnels - long funnel, right shape - and a yellow liter mug with a handle and a tight seal. Easy to dump: looks like Mountain Dew soda.

Had a port a Jane on the boat. Didn't like it. It didn't "fit" right an sometimes, I dribbled. Threw it out (not the kind of thing one gives to someone else) and went back to The Big Blue Cup. Never drink from the blue cup if you are on my boat.

I'm looking into ordering one of these:

That along with some kitty litter, and your bathroom problems are solved (hopefully).

Also, anyone ever heard of the "Stadium Pal?" David Sedaris had a funny essay about them.

Genius! I think I might do this.

Ay and Jay - Divacup

Me - I never heard of anything like that. I wish I had heard of it a few decades ago. I would have liked to give it a try.
