  • I am ordering a Ford Transit 250 high top extended and will learn to build it out somehow. sold my business, retiring and looking for a new adventure.
  • I am not so clever and hope to buy a cabinet with countertop, sink, water pump, and fresh/gray water jugs.
  • I am in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area and would love to have some help with my build (paid help of course) Any suggestions would be appreciated.
  • I would also like to find a cabinet /seat in which I can hide an Airhead composting toilet. I don't want to have a separate room for toilet and shower.
  • Does anyone have experience with connecting a 3000 Goal Zero to the alternator, solar and shore power?

An old water jug under the sink for catchment:

You can do eeeet.

I am looking for a sink cabinet also. I may build one. One idea I used for my stove/food/ storage cabinet is an old aquarium wood cabinet I found in a free pile. I cut it down to size and put a new top on it from hardwood plywood. Looks nice and work great. I may do the same for the sink cabinet or build one from scratch. I large stainless steel bowl would work as a sink, a simple pump for water flow and a tank for greywater and one for fresh. I will keep you posted.

I did see a sink and other van cabinets on a web site from the UK that were already built. They looked nice, but they could be expensive and costly to ship.

I will keep you posted.
