The newest one I know of is on 276. Is that it? Or down on 20? There's a little RV-friendly mobile home park about 3mi from work (east of downtown Dallas) I've been eyeing.

BTW, VA care is portable if you need to move around. They just started a program to let you access and grant access to other doctors easily. Started about 2 weeks ago. There's an older "blue button" record download that I hadn't tried.

This is on FM 730 in Azle. I know the VA was planning to make it easier to get treated out of region, only time I did it was for a Protime test and it was an all day wait for a 5 minute blood draw.

Well, perhaps 3rd time is charmed, the repair shop called and said he had the axle repaired and both aligned and bearings packed for three hundred dollars. $100.00 cheaper than estimated. He checked the wiring and all is good with the trailer, now I have to have the truck checked as to why the brakes lock up when the brake pedal is touched. Somehow the brake controller was bypassed.

Talked to a guy at an auto electric shop and told him what was happening and he said he knew for a fact what was going on and it jived with what the repairman told me. So Friday I get that done.

Repair shop in Oklahoma is closed weekends and I had to reschedule todays lab work until Monday so MAYBE Tuesday I will be trailering again.

Paid my second month of storage for a trailer that's not there but it holds my spot for my actual trailer lot.

This is the link to to the lot or lots, wifi is included and cable is at the pedestal but up to the resident to pay. Electric is included to a point.

Good news Rob. Sounds like you'll be out of there in no time now.  :)

i'll take that park any day over an apartment

Not soon enough.  Now to change your phone number and get some real peace.   :D  :p

I got the trailer picked up and weighed, 4020 lbs. with 4000 being the limit before I have to do a Texas inspection. Life does indeed go on. It's at the trailer park now, home at last.

Now we get to go camping huh?

Was there water in the tank? 20 lbs is not a lot to lose. Any appliances you can remove? Jack and spare tire would also get you there easy.
On the other hand, an inspection might not be bad?
Glad Ya got it home.

20# easy , put a propane tank in the truck for the weigh in...16# empty 36# full

I found an inspection place close to the park I am in. Might as well get it inspected and make sure all the lights work right. The brake controller works YAY. I still have a bit of a sway at about 60 miles an hour, not much but enough to get my attention. Maybe I should write this in the fear thread, cause it got me worried. Could be because I forgot to take my Xanax.

Better living thru chemistry.

Try not going over 55?
More relaxing and you get to see more of the sights that this country has hidden on the back roads...works for me , tried and true!

Tell me to butt out if I am overstepping:  Renogy has a package with the the shorter/square panels like that for $309 right now, also free shipping and no tax to Texas.

I bring this up because the savings could either be pocketed or used to get a charge controller with setpoints configurable from the unit.   If the system won't be tied to chassis ground (as with supplementary alternator charging) something like a VS2024BN might work.  I've never used one but the manual shows the config of Vabs and Vfloat. Then the original controller could be a handy backup.

The point of the inspection is to fail and forbid, not check stuff for you  It is like a CDL medical.  It has nothing to do with the health of the driver.  The point is to not allow driving by people with certain conditions.

If you don't know how to check all those things yourself find someone to check them for you and watch how they do it.

This appears to be a good system as well. The main difference I see is these panels are poly crystalline, and the one Gunny posted has mono crystalline panels.
From my reading, mono is more efficient?

My reading comprehension must be lacking, the weight for the necessity of an inspection is 4500 lbs. ...Small victories.
