I get dried blue berries, strawberry cranberris, raisons and walnuts. Start out by putting some fruit and nuts in your bowl then add some cheap cereal. I say cheap because this combination will spark up any cereal. Instead of milk, which might sour in a day, I use a small container of Half & Half. H & H last for several days without refrigeration. This is a healthy breakfast from a car.
