Hi Everyone!

Another Bob here.  Bob from Newark, Delaware.  I am still working for Uncle Sam for another 4 years until I can get that coveted 30 year pension.  Hoping the time flies by.  In the meantime, I am watching Bob's awesome videos and taking lots of notes.  I have started an Amazon Wish list on the recommendations I have seen so far.  I will search for a cargo van eventually.  I would like to do a separate deep cell battery, with continuous solenoid set-up.  I also have a Honda 3000 generator already, but would prefer to alternate battery vs. solar.  I will have to find help, not much support here except maybe Tri-State Battery.  I am active with Greyhound Rehoming groups and currently have two seniors, male & female.  I must have a dog in my life, as there is no one else, so in 4 years I will likely have another greyhound with me after my two pass.  I can't wait to sell my house and get out of this mortgage.  The maintenance on the home has drained my savings in the past year, so by the time I get out there, I may be reduced to driving a moped instead of a van!  :D  Thanks for the add!

Welcome Bob to the CRVL forums! To help you learn the ins and outs of these forums, this "Tips, Tricks and Rules" post lists some helpful information to get you started.

Most of our rules boil down to two simple over-riding principles: 1) What you post should provide good information (like your introductory post), and 2) Any response to someone else's post should make them feel glad they are part of this forum community.

We look forward to hearing more from you.

Welcome to the CRVL Forums Bob   ;)

Sounds like you are getting necessary stuff laid by and plans made.  Believe me I know how draining mortgages can be.
(it may be worth your time to employ an appraiser to counsel you on where your spending would best be put to ramp up the value of your property.  Then by the time you are ready to sell your appraiser may be able to help you to sell quickly and get a good price)   And that help you avoid the Moped pit.  :D

I have a couple of sites below that may be of help for you also.

All the best !
