I am spending the night in Santa Fe. (WM) Hopefully no trains or giant parking lot sucking machines! :dodgy: The Flagstaff WalMart parking lot is not bad as safe places go. There must have been 25 different machines from a Prius to giant land yachts. Lots of people sleeping in their cars. Trains and sirens most of the night. The things you forget about while living in the desert.
Great location and real friendly people. I would have stayed at the truck stop, but was caught in traffic and missed the exit. Still, I reccomment this as a safe alternative.

UPDATE!
I spent the last few days at Masterplumbers (Doug) house. Between him, Woolfie, and Ben his son I not only was able to rest up from the previous 1100 milers, I got a tour and had a lot of great conversation. We shared a lot of ideas for improvements and solutions to the ever present space problem.
Look for more ideas and innovations from him!
I remember having that energy!
As soon as rush hour is over in Colorado Springs, I will be on the road east. Hopefully this will not take long, as I have people asking for me to work... On my terms. (Do it right the first time!)

Well I have landed :angel:
After 8 months on the road I am back with my kids. :huh:
I have plans on building a different van. Lets see what happens.
1 Ton chassis. Regular to extended body, the one I am currently using is a shorty. I need to do research on several points of mileage and reliability of different models.
I need to rehang my solar panel, as with it mounted on plywood it caused the wind to throw me sideways. I have an idea about doing it and will post pictures.
Meanwhile, anyone want a running boondocker with working house system?
It seems a shame to take this apart.
Now what are people willing to pay for a completed package,,, If I did not have all these tools It would work for me.
