Van life in the caribbean or outside of usa?

You mean like in the US? 

Someone was talking about how hot australia was. I was referring to it being hotter  the more north you go during the warmer season.

Some of those places posted above you can assume you could live in a van.

Some of those countries have some pretty big requirements to live there. If you plan to retire to New Zealand it’s going to cost you plenty.

Where outside of the US can i live in a van and not have problems with the law? I have a modest budget. I just want to make a big chance in my life.

Outside the US?  I believe it can be done, take a look at this blog https://vandogtraveller.com/ from time to time he hangs out with other vandwellers. He has a couple of books out too.
