Upgrade inverter to inverter charger

Hi
I have a solar van with a 12 volt (2 6 volt batteries) system. Currently I have a 1000 watt xantrex pro watt sw inverter but would like to change to an inverter charger. I’m thinking I can just replace the inverter with the inverter charger and wire in the shore power plug. Is it that simple or might there be issues? Also I don’t think xantrex sells a 1000 watt inverter charger so may need to buy a 2000 watt. Might that cause an issue?

Thankfully I got my source for a 1000 watt xantrex inverter charger, thanks. I’m still guessing that I can just replace the old inverter with it and add the shore power wiring. Any advice or comments are appreciate. Chris
