Tiny all red bugs look like spiders!

Hi, I recently put stuff in storage, and the place is infested with those tiny red spiders that love concrete, so now they are crawling all over the outside of my van ,I was wondering if anyone knows what they are if they're harmful to me,and what I can do to get rid of them!! Thanks for any advice! There is a few inside as well.....

A clover or a spider mite. The spray you'd use to get rid of them is more harmful than they are.

Spray fogger with permethrin usually takes care of the little buggers. Also good if your pet brings fleas inside.
