If you can afford it, go with a 4Runner. I did a lot of research before I bought mine and I always came to a 4Runner for reliability, usability, and just about everything else. I took my back seats out and built a platform. There is some storage under the platform where the passenger feet went which I use for tools, etc. I then built a sleeping platform which is 75 inches long and 32 inches wide. There is a lot of room under the bed for more milk crate size boxes. I put solar panels on the roof rack and have a Bluetti power source which runs a dometic fridge (in the front passenger seat).
