Just added another 100 watts of solar. Now I have 300 watts feeding 250 amp hours worth of 12 volt VMAV batteries. Another van project done.

The only question I have is that a/c powered dorm fridg. Everything I have read and watched says they don't work very well or long without a huge battery bank, and that a 12v compression fridg (not a 3 way) is much better for being able to economize on batteries.

Good for you .... moving into a mansion and riding the SS train!!   You've made great headway on equiping your new ride, been considering the inverter powered dorm fridge myself. How about some interior pics   
I've been offered a free 1999 GMC Vandura 2500 - only problem is 200 k miles, 454 V8 and it need new exhaust system. Sometimes "free" costs too much.
