Since I don't know much about vehicles, I just went to a Chevy dealership and bought a used van. I was able to make payments. I'd rather look for bargains on things not as important as my van, like furniture, clothes, etc.

It's not just the vehicles on Craigslist that the scammers are in to. It is everything on Craigslist. I can't put one item up for sale without the scammers emailing about it.

It doesn't matter weather you are buying or selling. Or what the product is. The scammers love craigslist. Just be careful. If you can't see it in person then don't buy it. If the person isn't coming to buy it with cash in their hand then don't sell it.

Of course! Why would you think otherwise?

I bet you grew up somewhere people don't lock their doors. I love that, but not online without a guarantor like eBay, PayPal, credit cards.
