I picked up three of those blue Ozark Sleeping Pads at Wally World to cut into strips to insulate the ribs, then tape. I just want to confirm that these are closed cell. The description says they are Polyolefin, which I read is non-porous. Does this mean it is closed-cell? It also does state that its 100% waterproof and moisture resistant. Wasn't sure if this was just the coating over the pad, or if the pad is truely closed cell.

If you want to test it , see if it will hold ...water!

that should work. it's not Ensolite but it is closed cell foam. I just found this out "Gold's Gym Yoga Mats" are Ensolite. highdesertranger
