If we are doing groups approaching 75 it seems some sort of semi-formal rules are in order - if only just to make sure the group stays below 75.
A simple registration with Id and plate seems prudent. Bob’s rules from the RTR should apply. A basic liability policy would be a good idea, and would entail a nominal fee.
If there is a theme some sort of participation related requirements would be appropriate - women’s camp, mindful camp, etc.
