I have been doing some research and I found that you are a resident in AZ when you register to vote. That voter form for your domain address says on line 3 to draw a map, use milage, cross streets, or on box 23 you can use latitude and longitude or geocode, If it's a rural area and the PO doesn't deliver mail. Then you need a PO box. If the voter registry form recognizes this as your address. Then so should the car INS guy. RIGHT?
What do you think? With the correspondence recognizing my address to vote, and a signed affidavit that you intend to make AZ your domain, that counts for one letter, and the voter register correspondence would be the second letter.
