I need to remove the armrests in my van.  It's a 1995 F250 Econoline Coachmen conversion.  I know you are supposed to push in the armrests and rotate them beyond their normal operating range.  I have tried rotating them up and back and down and I cannot get these armrests to come off.  Anyone know how to get these things off?

Thanks.

I took one out a couple weeks ago after watching a couple yt videos. I had to swing it almost vertical and then shoved and pulled moving it slightly higher each time and it popped out. Theres very little room for that perfect alignment. Had to really manhandle it. The handle i was taking out was in a tough spot so i practiced on one easier to get to.

Yep, you have to arm wrestle the buggers. There is only one position for them to come out and findig it isn't easy.
