Link to the blog for my ebook. By the way, I don't count calories, no need to, and eat what some say are huge plates of food. Pics of several in the book and blog. Good luck and health.

Thanks for the book, Bill.

Did you forget the link for the blog?

Thank you for this. "Tomorrow" is actually today (Sunday), I just got your book for free.

Thanks for the book !
Did you give out mass quantities to teenagers ?
I'm wondering if that would explain the "pants on the ground" style ......

The original title was "Your pants will fall down." The title was inspired by the events that occurred every time I went down a waist size. I started out at 41 and am now at 33. The funniest was when I  was putting on my pants and reached over for my belt, the pants fell to my ankles. My girlfriend laughed like a hyena about that and told the story many times getting a great laugh at my expense!

Anyway it seemed that since I am prediabetic and avoided becoming diabetic, per my doctor, with the plan in this ebook that the title really should reflect that reality. But anyone, prediabetic or not, should be able to apply the weightloss strategy- the only exception being diabetics.

Diabetics need to follow their doctor's advice and normally that is to eat many small meals to avoid crashing their blood sugar levels and possibly going into a diabetic shock condition.

OK.I'll try anything once.I just don't have any faith in diets.I've put Vic on more diets than I can count and it didn't work.

Bob,I hear you. I don't really believe in "diets" either.

I like what Tommy Lasorda used to say about being on a see food diet, I try to eat healthy and sometimes a lot. For example, below is this morning's breakfast and one from the other day below that one.

Above is beef with Mexican Squash and Chayote. Below is chicken with the same. Yummy!

The beauty of those meals is it is a lot of food that won't make you fat or spike your blood sugar and they taste great!

I love to eat and I am not sacrificing with the plan outlined in my e-book. I am also thinking about how it could be adapted to a vandweller lifestyle as well.

I am glad you lost 60lbs in less then a year, congratulations, well done, being overweight brings on a host of health issues, diabetes being one of them, it is a major epidemic, however I find it hard to believe eating dishes like you have pictured here would improve your overall health, from my knowledge and understanding of nutrition, far too much animal protein to stop or prevent most diseases, Apparently obesity in America has grown at the same rate as meat consumption.

I don'tknow what to tell you except what my doctor told me. In addition to cutting my blood sugar over time average big time, I also cut my bad cholestorol level big time and he said I won't be needing to take a statin drug after all. We can disagree on the protein issue. But I would like to point out to those reading this that studies show eating protein at breakfast is a great way to reduce the fat around your body. Protein is harder to digest, your body has to work harder which burns up calories. In addition, protein(and good fats) make you feel more full and sated, so you don't have to go eat again so quickly.

It appears that I may be in trouble with the moderators here for "hotlinking" whatever that is so let me end this by saying, if folks are happy being hefty that's okay, I was, for decades I was considered portly. But my doctor told me flat out eating all that sugar and being portly was going to end up with me having to put a needle in my arm or wherever every day and soon, if I didn't change my ways. I got the message. I really got it.

This e-book is the story. I believe anyone except those diagnosed as diabetic can benefit from it. I am going to create another post with the 2 minute version of the plan for this community and for free as penance for breaking the posting rules here. :)

Looks like you eat more food in one meal than I eat all day.And I agree with the comment about eating meat.Very unhealthy.By the way, thanks for the "pants falling down "mention.Reminded me of a planet I'm wanting to observe tonight.

I just would like to thank all who downloaded the e-book and to those who posted here. My apologies to any who may have been offended in any way.
I would be interested in whether anyone actually does try it out and what their results are. I realize that it will most likely be very difficult for some to get on with it. I am thinking of those residing in a small vehicle for example. Downright impossible to haul any aerobic exercise equipment around except a real bicycle and it might be impossible to obtain fresh produce etc. But those not out on the road yet should be able to get started. If you try to drop sugar, some of you may find that it is a highly addictive substance and your cravings might be too hard to resist. If so, eat some fresh fruit for it is my best advice. Good luck and a healthy life is my wish for you.

Those of you who are vegetarians, and it appears there are a few, good luck as well. I have no experience with it but from what I have heard, there aren't too many fat vegetarians. So you must be doing something right ;-)

Right now I have a thread going about a cube van I saw and redoing it as an rv dwelling, who knows I may end up going that route.
