Looks like Kevin did not sign back in on Monday to get info for where to go for visiting Pirate Cove on Monday.

Not too surprising as the town of Quartzsite might have been enough of a thrill all on its own. It takes many hours to explore all of its many beautiful outstanding and unique metropolitan features and architectural design masterpieces. The local gardens in front of homes are full of unusual art pieces!

I myself spent more than an hour and a half in town today, lingering for a while at the popular hangout, the Main Street Laundromat. That was after taking a slow visit to the post office facility. But I must admit that the architectural interior design of the post office has a horrible floor plan as regards customer traffic flow inside the building. The exterior traffic flow pattern is also very poorly done. Both areas tend to create collisions. By contrast the layout off the mainstreet laundry while only somewhat cramped in the aisles has a much better traffic flow inside and out.

Blythe also has a Starbucks…
I much prefer the atmosphere, coffee, food, customer service and prices at the little coffee shop at the Mainstreet Laundry in Quartzsite. It is nice to buy local. The owners daughter owns an espresso place in a town just south of Seattle. That meant the owner had a very good barista to teach her and they bought good machines and buy decent beans.

I think from what I read that he wrote perhaps Kevin was looking to be entertained. Quartzsite often resembles the head shaking “why would anyone want to be HERE?” kind of entertainment.

I am going to go entertain myself by taking trash to the dumpster. I have not decided if I will or will not drive on into town in this wind and grab some yards of webbing for a project.

Camilla and John have arrived at La Posa. I am looking forward to visiting with Camilla. I am also hopefully going to take advantage of her “sewing tent” facility and a machine when/if she gets that set up.
