Overnight parking

Are any of you working either part or full time and parking overnight there? Just wondering if it was considered illegal to do even if you had permission from your boss and you were on their private property? At some point I might have a chance to take on extra hours but don't want my employer hassled over it.

I would think if you had permission and could prove it you wouldn't be breaking any trespass laws. However, if a LEO sees something parked at a place that is closed for the night they might check you out.

There may be zoning law issues, but​ generally you'd be OK with an official memo on company letterhead if that matches their sign.

Few companies would do that though, insurance, liability, why would they?
