Opinions on this class b

$12,000 CAD for this 92. Is this wildly overpriced? These are in fairly high demand around here, and prices are higher than elsewhere. I think it has been local, so no road salt exposure.

im assuming CAD if so its about normal,,,,to get a better idea look on EBAY right now their are 3 for sale. but ones like that go for between $9500/$12500

Did you get to see it yet?  If so, what did you think?  

My first impressions: 
not stealthy (but that may not be a goal for you?); 
rather claustrophobic sleeping area (I couldn't sleep up there); and
wondering how that overhang affects aerodynamics/fuel economy.

It looks pretty clean and like it's in good shape.  Looking forward to reading your impressions after you see it!
