You better be making some big dollars, too! Rates start at $1,000.00, per month, in the summer. They go up in the winter.
 
Good grief even the outdoor spaces are 750! That's super high!

Where I live, in Lubbock, TX, I will be parking my sassy @ss at $295 a month with full hookups and cheap electric. Of course, summer is unbearable sometimes, but with electric the AC stays running! I would be spending less than $350 a month living expense.
 
I think the key is supply and demand, demand for living space in ND right now is at a premium and the oil companies pay top dollar, so the property owners are making hay while they can.
 
In the boom times the laborers rarely leave with any money in the their pocket--everybody else gets it.
