Hey Everyone,
I am a newbie for camping in small spaces now, I have a 2002 Suburban 4x4 that is currently under the knife per say.  . Sometimes you just want to go with a vehicle that can get in get out ,no muss no fuss as you will.   Plus now living on a budget makes travel a bit tougher when towing a trailer. Plus seems like a lot of knowledge here and also want to see what others have done with their ride. Hope I will see another suburban converted.  I just installed a power inlet on the side today, put a 100 amp renogy panel on the top, have room up there for 2 more . and even found a compressor fridge for 200 bucks . 43qt Edgestar.

So if anyone has advice good or bad throw it at me! :)

Lol, JustACarSoFar,   Yeah it seems a few have thought that. I do have the social adult beverage at times, but those drinking days are over. I leave that for the young ones.

Converted Suburbans are out there... more than you might think. Oh I'm afraid that Edgestar 43 will crap out on you - maybe you should sell it to me for $150 :) Good luck and enjoy the ride.

In my truck, a similar space, I have a bedroll on one half and storage on the other. Camp stuff I unload at camp goes on the bed roll side. Think about how you use the rear doors for easy access stuff.
