kind of a neat idea slide out on a van

&nbsp;Very cool, but I can't imagine the amount of design and structural work that would be involved in doing something like that. <img src="/images/boards/smilies/eek.gif" class="emoticon bbc_img">&nbsp; It also appears that a good part of the interior has to be removed before the slide can be pushed in or out.&nbsp; Awesome, but impractical! <img src="/images/boards/smilies/smile.gif" class="emoticon bbc_img">
 
If this were my weekend-getaway camper, I might go for it.&nbsp; But not as any kind of permanent lifestyle.&nbsp; Very cool.
 
I stumbled across this the other day.&nbsp; My first thought was to simply buy a tent and set it up at the back of the van.&nbsp; While it wouldn't be well insulated, it wold provide a person with enough head room to stand upright.
