My reply:
You will need a 6-pole, DPDT switch, and one motor speed control for the both of them. The switch will enable you to swap your polarity on the dc fans, reversing the airflow. There should be many wiring diagrams for this online. The switch, for safety reasons, should always handle double your intended voltage and current, and 110-volt switches aren't significantly more expensive than 12-volt ones of similar current rating.
