that's cool. i hope they pass it. i was thinking of bringing something like this up
at a city council meeting here in Rochester, MN but i'm pretty sure it will fall on
deaf ears...

I hope they pass it as well. Not just for its own sake, but hopefully to shame places like Berkeley into better behavior.
