Insulation question

I have purchased a Nissan NV 200 and am planning the build, after wiring  I believe the next step is insulation, I have been watching and reading the videos  and threads and have seen many different materials being used, what would be essential and best.

If camping in heat, no insulation is best as the insulation traps the heat.

I read this a while ago and thought it was a pretty good resource on types of insulation for vehicles, the pros and cons, and the general cost.
