The 2 hp version requires environmental controls to protect the environment. There's also a luxury-use tax imposed, since it gets half the fuel efficiency.

Yeah, I don't see the dangle bags at the backend. So there must be environmental use taxes. Either that or you have to a humongous pooper scooper.
