How to find your sticks & bricks friends on FB as your travel

I have a few hundred friends on Facebook and as I prepare to transition from stationary life working the 9-5 to nomadic, I always wondered of a way to find my friends on Facebook as I travel the country.  It'd be great to see folks I haven't seen in years as I travel.... perhaps grab a drink with them or driveway surf a bit.

So here is how you do it...

At the top of your browser or app there should be a search bar:

In that search bar you can search by city or even the entire state.  For example:
