200,000 Honda Inverter generators recalled for gas leaks.

yes some of the new 2200i's were recalled. here is some details,

I just checked a couple of days ago and the new ones in stock at the place by me are good to go. make sure you ask if you are buying one if it's been updated.

oh yeah they said they had enough parts to fix all the recalls that came their way.

Your a bit late with the announcement. Honda sent me notification a day after the selling dealer emailed and called me. When I took mine back 2 months ago for the new gasket install the dealership said Honda's latest count was 160,000 replaced. Got mine back in two days but I let them know I was in no hurry.

Got to like a company that goes out of it's way to get something fixed quick.
