My house closes on Dec. 1 and I will be a full-timer.  I've had four weeks to convert my cargo van.
Kept the build simple, bought a few things but mainly used what I had from years of camping/backpacking.
My neighbor helped me lift the cabinets in and she helped with insulating the ceiling, an extra set of hands was nice. I also insulated and sound deadened the walls, a noticeable difference in sound volume.  Have a few more items to install and move the rest of my belongings in.

Bob says simple is the way to go when you're starting out.  I half agree., so I kept mine "semi-simple", because it will be my home.  I took time off of work so I figured I'd get it as close as I could to what I wanted it to be.  I don't have a sprinter type van and I'm 5'11" so the "simplicity"part is mainly to afford me as much space as possible.
