Has anyone use fanfold styrofoam?

It seems easier to work with then regular styrofoam. But the question is ...how good does it insulate. Is there a difference? I'm going to be getting some help but mostly me doing it(insulating) so if its easier to work with I would go for it. Anyone?

I've only used it for backing behind vinyl siding -- for that its OK -- IMHHO anything else its crap ---- I think the R-value is 1/2 for 3/8" thick <img src="/images/boards/smilies/rolleyes.gif" alt="" align="absMiddle" border="0" />

Forgot about that. They are rated 5. &nbsp; &nbsp;7 is the highest right? What I like about them is they are very moisture resistant.
