Hammock use/install

I splurged and bought a hammock stand that goes into your hitch. Yes it’s pricey and someone can make it cheaper. Saying that I really like it and use it often. I added a front hitch to my van for it.

Mine is a ten or eleven ft. double from Walmart. I had to tie a knot, in the end, to shorten it enough to hang properly in my minivan. The distance between anchor points is 9.5 feet.

i have it and really like it, It’s my outdoor couch! It’s my spot to watch sunsets and sun rises if I’m up that early. It takes under a minute to setup and it’s awesome to hang the hammock without a tree insight. I’m very happy with the splurge.

It’s made very sturdy with steel…..your weight is in the parameters
