I've never seen much less used a smoker.

Is what it does so great it's worth carrying in a van's limited space.

IOW sell me on the concept, I get my pulled pork from Aldi ready made.

I'm going to miss the hell out of my Traeger pellet grill/smoker when I go full time. They offer a tailgate model I'm considering but space, so little space haha

Edited to correct the auto-corrections...

I wish I could find a way to carry a smoker. Can't justify the space though. I'm an old stick burner from way back.

I have a small electric unit from Smokin' It in Texas. Since I have a 15 Passenger Dodge I may have room for it. I love me some Q.

That looks like a neat unit. What blew my mind was the following in the advertisement...

"Wi-Fi control is standard equipment!"

Can't wait to hear some grumpy bitter grump go on about that lol.

I only boondock 3-4 days a month, i camp by rivers spending my day kayaking so this would be a good smoker for me
i also have the room to haul / store it

Nice way to end the day with a cold beer & smoked wing / ribs

Only issues i see with the small pellet smokers is space/storage and size of hopper for pellets.
